This year in Spelling we will be using a combination of Sight Words and Word Lists that follow Spelling Rules. We will be starting the year with commonly misspelled words.

In 4th grade we will be focusing on numbers 336-500 in the Core Spelling list.  Students should also be familiar with the words that came previously on the list.

We will have a "No Excuse" list.  The students will have a copy of this list and they will be responsible for always spelling these words correctly in their writing. Occasionally I will be selecting a writing sample and grading their spelling based on this list.
